2024 Cabernet Franc

Our Cabernet Franc is sourced from a small organic family vineyard in Cienega Valley. Our Cabernet Franc is fermented whole cluster then pressed off early to finish in neutral French oak for 9 months. Wine is un-fined and un-filtered with minimal sulfur.

A fragrant bouquet of red and black fruits, complemented by subtle herbal nuances. The palate is medium-bodied with lively acidity and fine, integrated tannins, providing a smooth yet structured mouthfeel. Subtle notes of dried herbs, cedar, and a hint of earthiness add complexity, with a delicate touch of spice.
