2022 Chardonnay

Our Chardonnay comes from the Organically farmed Linda Vista Vineyard. The grapes are direct to press to be fermented and aged in amphora on lees for 10 months. Minimal sulfur added before bottling. Wine is un-fined and un-filtered.

Fermented and aged in amphora, which offers bright minerality on the palette. Notes of meyer lemon and fresh honey crisp apples, giving you a long, lingering finish with the perfect amount of acidity. Great with roasted chicken or branzino.
