2024 Ribolla Gialla (Orange)

Our Ribolla Gialla is organically farmed in the Oak Knoll District. The Destemmed fruit was fermented and aged with the skins for 10 months in amphora, then racked once before bottling. The wine is un-fined and un-filtered, with minimal sulfur added before bottling.
