Produced from old bush vines that are dry farmed in the Cienega Valley. The Riesling is directly pressed to be aged and fermented in amphora for 8 months. In the style of a Feinherb Riesling from the Mosel, we stop fermentation to leave a touch of residual sugar. The wine is filtered and not aged on lees.

This dry farmed vineyard brings concentrated flavors of underripe peach, fresh pineapple and jasmine, which plays wonderfully with the texture of amphora. On the nose is dried hay and lemon zest which makes for mouth watering acidity before your first sip. Pair with oysters, chèvre or grilled sausages.
